Hi, I’m Courtney, and I have been part of the team at Banana Moon Hatton since March 2025. I currently hold the role of Deputy Manager and SENDCo.

I am a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner with nearly 7 years of experience in childcare, as well as a Level 3 qualified SENDCo. 

In my role as SENDCo, I support children with special educational needs and disabilities by working closely with families, staff, and external professionals to ensure every child receives the care and support they need to thrive. I am passionate about creating an inclusive environment where all children feel valued, supported, and able to reach their full potential. 

I also monitor children’s development, implement tailored support strategies, and ensure we meet all SEND requirements within the setting.

I am dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for all children and take pride in supporting their individual development and wellbeing.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring beauty and self-care, and travelling to new places.
