Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs)

At our nursery, the safety and wellbeing of every child is our highest priority. We are committed to providing a safe, caring, and nurturing environment where children feel secure, valued, and protected.

Our Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) are responsible for leading safeguarding and child protection within the nursery. They ensure that all safeguarding policies and procedures are followed, provide support and guidance to staff, and work closely with families and other professionals whenever there are concerns about a child's welfare. They also ensure that all staff receive regular safeguarding training and that safeguarding remains at the heart of everything we do.

Our Designated Safeguarding Leads are:

Charlotte – Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
Courtney – Deputy Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
Carly – Assistant Deputy Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)

If you ever have any concerns about the safety or wellbeing of a child, or if you would like advice or support, please speak to one of our Designated Safeguarding Leads. We are always here to listen, support, and take appropriate action to ensure every child remains safe and protected.
