Menu – 4th March 2019

Monday:
Breakfast: Toast – fruit – cereal
Lunch: Vegetarian chili with brown rice and pita bread
Tea: Pepperoni Pizzas with paprika wedges followed by fruit flapjacks

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Natural yoghurt – fruit – cereal
Lunch: Sausages with mash and greens
Tea: Wild mushroom pasta followed by fruit salad

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Crumpet – fruit – cereal
Lunch: Sweet and sour quorn with pineapple, peppers, sweetcorn and noodles
Tea: Hunters chicken and cheese with asparagus, peas and new potatoes followed by fruit cheese cake

Thursday:
Breakfast: Porridge – toast – cereal
Lunch: Chicken and mixed vegetable paella
Tea: Jacket potatoes, beans & cheese followed by yogurt and raspberries

Friday:
Breakfast: Fruit – toast – cereal
Lunch: Mixed vegetable bubble & Squeak with cous cous
Tea: Gammon parsley sauce carrot and swede medley followed by upside down pineapple cake

Using our snack and main menus we ensure your children have 5 + fruit and vegetables per day and we offer a nutritious and well balanced meals in line with the .GOV and the Food trust…there will be seasonal vegetables used were available and our meat products are British tractor approved, bread based products are wholemeal or 50/50 and we use salmon at least twice within 4 weeks
