Menu – 11th February 2019

Monday:
Breakfast: Fruit bowl – toast – cereals
Lunch: BBQ chicken, wholemeal wraps and roasted potato squares with sweetcorn
Tea: Double cheese and pancetta gnocchi followed by apple and blackberry oat crumble with custard

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Cereals – toast – fruit
Lunch: Baked potato with ratatouille and mozzarella
Tea: Tomato and ham pasta bake followed by blue berry rock cakes

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Greek yogurt – fruit – cereals
Lunch: Sausages, swede, celeriac mash, with carrots & leeks and onion gravy
Tea: Italian tarts with Parma tomato mozzarella and herbs and mixed fruit salad

Thursday:
Breakfast: Fruit – cereals – toast
Lunch: Wholemeal Pasta carbonara with bacon lardons and broad beans mange tout
Tea: lamb tikka masala with rice, naans followed yoghurt strawberry compote

Friday:
Breakfast: Cereals – fruit – crumpet
Lunch: Meatball, mixed pepper enchiladas with roasted spiced cauliflower
Tea: Vegetable packed rice with peas & asparagus followed by carrot & courgette loafs.

Using our snack and main menus we ensure your children have 5 + fruit and vegetables per day and we offer a nutritious and well balanced meals in line with the .GOV and the Food trust…there will be seasonal vegetables used were available and our meat products are British tractor approved, bread based products are wholemeal or 50/50 and we use salmon at least twice within 4 weeks.
